Eligibility and account
You must be legally capable of entering a contract or use the service under the supervision of a parent or lawful guardian. You are responsible for accurate information and for maintaining account and device security.
Product information
We aim to present accurate descriptions, images, dimensions, colours and availability. Screen settings and hand-finished materials can cause reasonable variation. Artificial jewellery is not represented as precious metal or natural gemstone unless expressly stated.
Prices and orders
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). The product price and any applicable taxes, shipping charges and discounts must be shown before payment. We will not add an undisclosed charge after an order is placed. An automated acknowledgement records your request; order acceptance is confirmed separately. If an item cannot be supplied or a material pricing error affects an order, we will inform you and refund amounts collected for the cancelled item. A higher price requires your agreement.
Payments
Cash on delivery is not available. Only prepaid methods actually displayed and enabled at checkout are available. Online payments are handled by the payment provider identified there and are subject to its terms and verification checks. A debit alone is not proof that an order was accepted. For a debit without an order confirmation or a duplicate charge, contact us with the transaction reference so we can reconcile it. Never share OTPs, PINs or account passwords with our support team.
Delivery, cancellation and returns
The Shipping & Delivery Policy, Returns & Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy form part of these terms. Eligible return requests must be raised within 7 calendar days after delivery. Any product-specific exclusions must be displayed before purchase and do not override applicable consumer rights.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, scrape at harmful volume, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, make fraudulent purchases or infringe intellectual-property rights.
Intellectual property
Website content, branding, photography, text and design are owned by or licensed to us. Personal shopping use is allowed; commercial reproduction or modification requires written permission.
Liability and governing law
Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from misuse or events beyond reasonable control. These terms are governed by Indian law; courts with lawful jurisdiction where the seller is established will apply, subject to consumer-forum rights.
